All income and expenditure are recorded in detail and maintained by the Secretariat. Financial records are audited annually by a Hong Kong practising certified accountant. Audited financial reports are presented to the Executive Committee and the General Assembly for approval. All members of the governing bodies are prohibited from receiving any remuneration or benefits from the Society.

Any Executive Committee member with a direct or indirect material interest in a transaction, arrangement, or contract with the Society must declare the nature and extent of that interest to other Committee members. Such members are not permitted to vote on the matter and may not be counted in the quorum for that discussion.

Funds are allocated by the Standing Executive Committee based on operational needs and programme priorities. All expenditures must align with the Society's objectives as stated in our constitution. Large expenditures require cheque payments bearing the joint signatures of at least two authorised signatories (Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer). A limited amount of cash is retained for minor daily expenses.
